Admissions Administrative Assistants

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum, with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Administrative Assistants who excel in great customer service and accurate data processing to join our Admissions team.
Main responsibilities include: processing applications from students across the world; producing visa documentation for international students needing to apply for a Student visa; assisting in the smooth operation of interview days and recruitment events; and providing enquirers and students with world-class customer service via email, live-chat and telephone calls.
You will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capability.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, E-mail and Databases).
- Proven recent experience of working in a busy clerical or administrative role.
- To be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A team player.
There are two posts available from 19 January 2026 on an indefinite full-time basis. These roles are campus based.
