Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities

Salary package of up to £90,000 per annum
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Estates and Facilities Leadership Team as Deputy Director, with responsibility for leading the implementation of our Estate Strategy, which includes a programme of multi-million-pound construction projects on our world-renowned listed estate.
This is a new role and you will deputise for the Director across the full range of their remit, lead cross-Directorate initiatives, and manage a portfolio of teams.
You will bring experience of a similar strategic leadership role in estate planning, construction and management, leading high-performing teams, successfully delivering high value strategic construction projects and with a can-do attitude to make a difference for our students and wider community.
Your portfolio will include Capital Projects, Engineering, Property and Space and will offer the opportunity to shape the campus, including the delivery of high-profile projects to refurbish and redevelop iconic and listed buildings.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
