Specialist Cleaning Team Leader (Part-time, 25 hours per week)

Salary on appointment will be £24,344 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £25,733 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Cleaning Team Leader to join the Estates Cleaning Department.
Key duties of the role include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the University of East Anglia’s external areas. This role involves operating access platforms, working at height, pressure washing, and cleaning building facades to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role requires flexibility, including weekend work, to meet operational demands.
Qualifications in the use of platforms (IPAF) and pressure washing would be desirable but full training will be provided.
This part-time (25 hours per week) post is available from 12 May 2025 on an indefinite basis, and actual days of work and hours will be discussed at interview.
