NICHE Project Administrator (fixed term to 31 December 2025)

Salary on appointment will be £26,038 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum (pro rata)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the NICHE team and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high quality customer support and assist the NICHE team by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in the procurement of equipment, monitor and maintain finances where required and support new starters.
You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Experience of working effectively with web design and social media is also essential. Previous experience in procurement processes and budget management would be advantageous.
The post is available, ideally on a full-time basis, but there is some flexibility for part-time working to be considered (at a minimum of 0.6 FTE/21.75 hours per week) for a fixed term period to 31 December 2025.
