Life Cycle Maintenance Coordinator

Starting salary from £26,038 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Life Cycle Maintenance Coordinator to join the Estates Department.
In this role, you will provide pro-active technical support to the Life Cycle Maintenance Manager and Building Surveyor, creating reports in line with life cycle management requirements and updating the CAFM system with asset data and ensuring asset identification is correct on site.
You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating site surveys of assets, generating purchase orders for works required and creating a joined-up approach between departments to ensure data transfer is accurate.
You will have experience of CAFM systems as well as a base knowledge of asset management in relation to hard Facilities Management services.
Good I.T skills and the ability to analyse complex data and produce reports is essential, as is experience of managing contractors.
You’ll also need a good understanding of life cycle management.
This full-time post is available from 1 March 2025 on an indefinite basis.
