Recruitment, Outreach and Events Graduate Intern (Full time, fixed-term for 12 months)

Salary on appointment will be £22,681 per annum with an annual increment up to £24,533 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment, Outreach and Events (ROE) team and spend a year working on everything from Welcome Week through to primary school campus visits.
Working across all teams in the ROE department, you will travel to schools both locally and nationally to promote Higher Education and the UEA; contribute to the success of on-campus events, and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences, both in person and online.
Due to the nature of these activities, there will be some unsociable hours and possible overnight stays.
Previous experience as a Student Ambassador would be advantageous but is not essential. You will have a flexible approach to work with excellent communication skills. A current and valid driving licence will be required. You will receive a comprehensive induction programme and tailored training opportunities.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child Barred List. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
