Associate Professor in Law and Co-Director of Employability

Starting salary from £58,225 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £67,468 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Professor in Law and Co-Director of Employability. The successful candidate will join the UEA Law School to help lead its outstanding employability programme focused on helping undergraduate students join the legal profession and related careers.
Academic leadership is a key part of this role and as such you may be expected to develop and deliver new employability initiatives, as well as helping to deliver high quality teaching, contribute to the administration of our taught degree programmes and supervise student research projects.
You must have significant experience of working in the legal profession (either as a solicitor or a barrister), as well as experience of training or teaching others. You will be able to meet all essential criteria as detailed in the person specification.
This part-time (up to 0.6 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis for 36 months.
