We are seeking a highly professional and efficient Front of House Administrative Assistant to provide an outstanding customer service experience to The Enterprise Centre (TEC) tenants and visitors. The Enterprise Centre is one of the greenest and most sustainable buildings in Europe, and serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, innovators and businesses committed to building a low carbon future.
You will also provide general administrative support, as part of the overall Operations Team within Research & Innovation Services (RIN) to which The Enterprise Centre team is aligned to.
You must have a minimum of five passes at GCSE or equivalent at Grades A-C including Mathematics and English (or equivalent experience). Relevant qualifications in first aid, fire safety and health and safety are desirable but not essential.
This part-time (0.4 FTE) post is available from 2 March 2026 on an indefinite basis. Due to the nature of this role, there is no scope for hybrid working. The working pattern for this post is Monday and Wednesday, 8 - 4pm, to ensure there is sufficient cover on reception. Full training relevant to the role will be provided upon joining the team.
