Maintenance Engineer (Fabric/Painter and Decorator)

Starting salary from £31,312 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £35,616 per annum.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Fabric/Painter and Decorator) to work across the University. You will carry out operational support, conduct maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
You’ll need previous experience of building maintenance and installation in a similar role and will need to demonstrate that you meet all the essential criteria in the person specification.
You’ll be able to participate in a roster covering 6 Saturdays per year. In addition, overtime and call outs may be required.

This full-time post is available from 27 October 2025 on an indefinite basis.
