Outreach Manager (Compliance & Service Delivery) (Fixed term)

Salary on appointment will be £38,249 per annum with an annual increment up to £45,413 per annum.
An opportunity has arisen for an Outreach Manager (Compliance & Service Delivery) to join the Outreach team within the Recruitment, Outreach and Events department on a fixed term basis.
The Outreach team are responsible for delivering programmes and activities for students from underrepresented and/or disadvantaged groups, with a view to building knowledge, confidence and attainment across our region.
You will focus on ensuring that the activities delivered by UEA’s outreach team are legally compliant, well supported by strong administrative support and underpinned by robust systems, policies and reporting.
Key areas of responsibility include leading on GDPR, data compliance and risk assessments across the department, oversight of student data collection and reporting systems/processes to establish evidence of impact of Outreach activities and managing two service delivery teams focusing on administration & operational support and UEA’s large student worker scheme.
You will have demonstrable experience of:
- Line management or supervision of staff, particularly in a service delivery environment
- Project management involving multiple stakeholders
- Implementing processes/systems for use by teams across an organisation
Along with:
- A strong working knowledge of data protection legislation
- Working knowledge of the importance of risk management
- An interest in promoting, and broadening access to higher education for those from underrepresented groups
This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis from 4 August 2025 to 26 June 2026.
