HR Service Team Leader

Salary on appointment will be £30,505 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £36,924 per annum.

The People and Culture Division is going through an exciting period of change which due to internal progression, has created an opportunity for an HR Service Team Leader to lead a customer focused and proactive team of HR Service Advisers and Administrative Assistants in delivering an outstanding end-to-end HR service to the University.
Working with the Head of HR Operations you will automate key transactional processes, develop workflows and self-service opportunities to simplify and streamline processes and resolve support and transactional people issues promptly and effectively. You will also maintain close working relationships with the HR Business Partnering Team to support them in their activities.
Key duties of the role include reviewing, automating and developing key employee lifecycle processes and continuing to build a service of excellence.
To undertake the role you will have experience of managing, developing and training administrative staff with experience of HR in a range of generalist areas and of employee relations work.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis. You will be required to work on campus 3 days a week, one of which will be a set team day.
