Starting salary from £26,038 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum (pro rata).
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our administrative team, supporting the work of the Estates Project Management Office (PMO) and the Estates & Facilities Directorate.
Your focus will be working with project leads across teams, providing guidance, supporting processes and producing management information reports. You will also provide some general administrative support, primarily to the Leadership Team and assisting with confidential, sensitive, and cross-Directorate tasks and projects.
You will have strong organisational skills, have experience of developing and coordinating processes, and have produced management information reports and dashboards. You will enjoy working in a varied role in a busy environment. A background in project management or PMO is not a requirement.
This indefinite post is available from 2 January 2025 on a full-time basis, although we would consider working hours of 0.8 FTE (29 hours per week) or above.
