NR 4ward Programme Administrator (Fixed-term until 30 April 2025)

Salary on appointment will be £26,038 per annum, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum.
An exciting opportunity within UEA’s Research and Innovation Service to be part of a 6-month developmental project to test a virtual Tech Transfer Office (TTO) model designed to harmonise TTO delivery, bring efficiencies, accelerate innovation and spinout development. This pilot will augment and accelerate our ambitious plans for NRP to play a leading role in the enterprise and economic growth of the region.
We are looking to recruit a Programme Administrator to provide high quality, flexible administrative support for the development and implementation of the proposed programme of work on The NR 4ward pilot including a virtual technology transfer office (TTO) and training and events across Norwich Research Park (NRP).
You will support the NR 4ward delivery team through diary and events management, reporting, data gathering, drafting documents and reports, monitoring financial data and liaising with programme partners throughout the project.
You will be pragmatic and respect confidentiality and the need for discretion. You must have two A levels at grades A-E, and five GCSE passes at grades A-C (including Mathematics and English), or equivalent qualifications or experience. In addition, you will have recent experience of working in a busy clerical or administrative role, well developed organisational skills, and demonstrable numeracy and financial processing skills. You will be expected to satisfy all essential criteria outlined in the person specification.
This is a full-time post available immediately on a fixed term basis until 30 April 2025.
