School Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Head of School

Salary on appointment will be £26,038 per annum, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and proactive administrator to join our Faculty Professional Services team at Norwich Business School. In this essential role, you will support the School's academic and operational management, combining the line management of an administrative team with Personal Assistant duties for the Head of School.
You will oversee an administrative team, ensure the seamless coordination of academic and operational processes, and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage the Head of School’s diary and communications while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
We seek a candidate with outstanding communication and organisational skills, capable of managing a diverse workload under tight deadlines. A proactive and adaptable approach will be crucial for success in this role.
This full-time position is available from 2 December 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter, on an indefinite basis. The Faculty Professional Services team operates on a hybrid working model, with at least 60% of time spent on campus and the remainder working from home.
