About the Role:

Finance, Planning and Governance Division

Accounts Payable Assistant
Ref: SC4742

Salary on appointment will be £23,581 per annum, with an annual increment up to £25,433 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Finance, Planning and Governance Division.

Key duties of the role include processing all external supplier invoices in a timely manner so that they can be paid within their terms, processing all internal student and staff expenses so that they can be paid in the next available payment run and ensuring that all external supplier statements are reconciled on a monthly basis.

You will have a good standard of education with passes at GCSE, or equivalent, at Grades A-C including Mathematics and English, or equivalent experience, as well as experience of working in a busy Accounts Payable team and delivering against payment targets.

This full-time post is available from 11 November 2024 on an indefinite basis.
