Digital Marketing & Website Assistant (Fixed term for 12 months)

Salary on appointment will be £23,581 per annum with an annual increment up to £25,433 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join the UEA’s busy Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the ongoing management of the UEA website & portal
- The successful review and delivery of the UEA web content on key sections
- Supporting other digital projects including immersive content, SEO, accessibility and wider website optimisation activity.
- Supporting the digital marketing team on a variety of activities and projects to increase awareness, create, maintain and improve content while driving conversion across our digital channels.
- Website ‘service desk’ ticket support and CMS co-ordination, website page creation & testing, web copywriting and content (including immersive content) & AI tools.
You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to take UEA's website and portal to the next level. The functionality, projects and fixes you will work on will help the UEA website to become best in the higher education sector and continue to attract high quality students.
You will be a self-driven digital marketing expert, with website knowledge, understanding of current key marketing and business disciplines and experience of creating strong ties with stakeholders. If you meet all the essential criteria in the person specification, we would love to hear from you!
This full-time role is available from 25 November 2024 on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover the secondment of the current postholder.
