Data and Systems Senior Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £26,038 per annum, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum.
We are seeking applicants for the position of Data and Systems Senior Assistant in the Data and Contacts Team, which is part of the Admissions Service.
You will work as part of an innovative, solution driven team and act as one of the liaison points between the admissions, recruitment, and marketing teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
The team liaise with external bodies such as UCAS and Salesforce, to ensure admissions information and guidance is correctly cascaded across the teams.
Internally, you will build and maintain the core technical processes (in Salesforce and SITS) used by admissions teams across the institution. The team trains and supports end users on the correct use of systems that hold data on enquirers and applicants.
You will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, email and databases).
- Proven experience of working with a large corporate database.
- To be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- To be a problem solver with the ability to propose solutions.
- To be a team player.
