Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Assistant

Starting salary from £26,038 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £29,659 per annum. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Assistant to join the People and Culture Division and enhance employee engagement through creative visual, online and audio/video content.
 
The role will support delivery of our UEA People Strategy through engaging design-led content that can be delivered across all channels, including web, social media, print publications and staff communications.

You will have excellent creative design skills and a proven level of digital literacy, including Adobe package design software, and experience of using online Content Management Systems. 

With strong interpersonal and organisation skills, you will be able to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues and independently manage a varied workload in a high-paced environment.

This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
