HR Service Team Administrative Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £22,681 per annum, with an annual increment up to £24,533 per annum.

An exciting role has arisen for a HR Service Team Administrative Assistant to join the HR Service Team at an incredibly exciting time as we look to streamline and automate processes.
This is a varied role, providing administrative support to the HR Service Team and HR Business Partnering colleagues and PA duties for the Director of People and Culture and senior leadership team. You will play a key role in assisting and supporting operational HR processes, feeding into process improvements and providing general office support activities.
You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience working in a similar role. Demonstrable administrative and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a high workload in a fast paced environment is essential. You will also have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and an awareness of GDPR regulations. Previous experience working in an HR environment would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
