Undergraduate Student Experience Officer

Salary on appointment will be £29,605 per annum, with an annual increment up to £36,024 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Undergraduate Student Experience Officer to join the Faculty Professional Services team working with Norwich Business School (NBS).
Key duties of the role include ensuring positive communications and pastoral support for Undergraduate Year 3 students in NBS, with a particular focus on students joining through our international partnerships, acting as a proactive and key point of contact.
You will have experience of working in a culturally diverse environment as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
