Catering and Hospitality Assistant (Sportscafe) (Part-time, 30 hours per week)

Salary will be £23,796 per annum pro rata (£11.44 per hour)
Catering & Hospitality Assistants play a super-important role in the UEA’s ‘The Campus Kitchen’ in providing efficient support for barista and food service throughout the day. Working in the Sportscafe at UEA’s Sportspark, you will assist with: preparation and service of food and drinks; delivered catering; keeping our outlets clean and tidy; and even assisting at a variety of functions and events.

Is this role for me?
You will demonstrate the ability to work hard within a fast-paced environment; knowledge and experience of working busy catering outlets; demonstrate great customer service; display enthusiasm and have a willingness to support your team. Previous experience of working in a hospitality environment with some barista training or experience is essential. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, day, weekend and evening shifts.
This part-time (30 hours per week, 0.75 FTE) post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
