School Coordinator/PA to Head of School (Part time - Job share)

Salary on appointment will be £25,138 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £28,759 per annum (pro rata).
As part of the Faculty Professional Services team, you will provide an efficient, high quality and proactive administrative service to the School of Economics and to the Head of School. This is a broad and varied role supporting the academic management of the School, including Personal Assistant support to the Head of School and line management of the School administrative team.
You will foster and maintain beneficial relationships within the School, within the University and with external stakeholders and handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
You will be an experienced individual who will enjoy working in this stimulating and diverse role. You will have exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to coordinate a wide range of tasks, often working to tight deadlines.
This part time post (19.125 hours per week) is available from 5 August 2024 on an indefinite basis. The working pattern will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
