Opportunities Administrative Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £22,197 per annum, with an annual increment up to £24,144 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Opportunities Administrative Assistant to join the Student Opportunities Team within the UEA Careers Service.
Working within a busy and friendly team, you will source, research and maintain database entries for graduate opportunities, part-time student jobs, work experience and volunteering opportunities.
You will respond to enquiries from organisations looking to advertise vacancies and assist in the development of relationships. You will also support with the administration and development of the UEA Mentoring Programme.
A professional and proactive approach is essential as is excellent interpersonal skills. You will have experience of prioritising workloads, good IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) and demonstrable recent clerical or administrative experience.
This post is available immediately on a full-time indefinite basis.
