UEA Language Programme Coordinator

Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum.

Working closely with the academic Programme Director, this role is fundamental to the success and growth of the UEA Language Programme. You will join the Faculty Professional Services Team in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities with a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our daytime and evening languages programmes. You will be customer focussed and appreciate the importance of providing an excellent service.
Key duties of the role include coordinating preparation and delivery of the language daytime and evening programmes, leading and managing a small team, supporting recruitment including event management and maintaining and developing publicity and the website, and supporting a positive learning experience for our students.
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, enjoy productive communications with a wide range of customers and stakeholders and ideally have experience with publicity and events.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
