Brand Governance Officer
Ref: SC5007
Salary on appointment will be £31,236 per annum, with an annual increment up to £37,694 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Governance Officer within the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division.
Based within Corporate Marketing, the team responsible for UEA's brand and content strategy, you will take operational ownership of the systems and processes that underpin brand governance across the institution. This means managing the Brand Inbox, leading the Creative Supplier Framework, and overseeing UEA's Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), ensuring it is well-maintained, accessible, and continuously improving.
You will lead the operational delivery of a DAMS platform migration, coordinating with suppliers, IT, and internal stakeholders across defined project phases. Alongside this, you will develop and coordinate a UEA-wide Brand Champions Network, designing and delivering structured training and guidance that builds brand capability across faculties and professional services.
You will make independent decisions on brand governance matters, process design, and system configuration, with accountability for outcomes that affect brand activity across multiple teams and external suppliers.
You will have experience of operational service management or coordination in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, as well as a track record of identifying issues and implementing process improvements, including developing new approaches where no established framework exists
Experience in the higher education sector, DAM system management, or supplier performance management would be an advantage.
