Cleaning Team Leader 
Ref: SP609

Salary on appointment will be £27,869 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £28,249 per annum (pro rata).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Team Leader to manage a team of staff at the Sportspark.

Key duties of the role include providing line management, supervision, direction and support to Cleaning staff to ensure that University Sportspark facilities are clean, well-presented and ready for use by students, staff and visitors and that Sportspark/University policies and procedures are adhered to, as relevant.

You will have previous supervisory experience and the ability to support a team of staff. Sound literacy and numeracy skills are required, and you will be able to maintain accurate computer-based records.

A good awareness of health and safety and security and confidentiality issues is a must.

You will be reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work with a willingness to change working hours to suit the needs of the Sportspark. A commitment to high standards and customer care is also required.

This part-time post (30 hours per week, 0.75 FTE) is available immediately on an indefinite basis working 3:30am to 9:30am Mondays to Fridays (some flexibility may be required and will be discussed at interview).
