Medical and Clinical Education Administrator

Salary on appointment will be £25,249 per annum pro rata with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum pro rata.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical and Clinical Education Administrator to join Faculty Professional Services within Norwich Medical School, providing high-quality administrative support to the delivery of medical and clinical education programmes and supporting an excellent student and staff experience.
Key duties of the role include supporting learning and teaching activities, Start-of-Year preparation, governance and handbook updates, CPD and training events, assessment processes, and routine student and academic support.
The role will support written assessments, OSCE (exam) preparation and other programme activities, maintain accurate records and documentation, update systems such as Blackboard and eVision, and work closely with academic colleagues, students, clinical year leads and NHS partners to ensure teaching, assessments and quality processes are delivered effectively.
You will have recent experience of working in an administrative role within a busy or complex environment, experience providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records and handling data securely, and supporting meetings, events or processes involving multiple stakeholders.
You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, confidence in using IT systems, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience within higher education, the NHS, or another regulated environment, and experience supporting academic processes or virtual learning environments would be advantageous.
This part-time post (0.5 FTE, 18.125 hours per week) role is available from 1 August 2026 on an indefinite basis.
