Salary on appointment will be £31,236 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £37,694 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity to join us as an Outreach Project Officer within the Recruitment and Outreach Department being managed by the Outreach Manger within the award winning Outreach team.
The Outreach Project Officer role focuses on the design, organisation and delivery of outreach engagements. This role manages the Future Forward programme, our skills based mentoring programme for students in Years 9 to 11 from under-represented backgrounds. The programme aims to increase student’s attainment, to support the longer term aim of progression to Higher Education. You will be responsible for managing a team of Learning Mentors, providing high quality activities for students and managing relationships with local schools.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis from 15 June 2026.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child Barred List. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
