We’re looking for a passionate, creative Chef to join our thriving catering team at the University of East Anglia Sportspark in Norwich. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy your culinary career in a friendly environment—without the long, unsociable hours often expected in the industry.
You’ll be based primarily in our busy Sportscafé kitchen, with opportunities to expand your skills across street food, fine dining, events, production, and even patisserie.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering great food in the Sportscafe, from preparing and presenting dishes to managing stock and reducing waste, your attention to detail will help ensure every customer has a great experience.

This post is based in the UEA Campus Kitchen, University of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, UK.
The vacancy is not eligible for VISA sponsorship, and you will need to hold or be able to obtain the right to work in the UK to undertake this role.
This role is available immediately on an indefinite basis working either full-time (5 days per week, 40 hours) or part-time (4 days per week, 32 hours) including early mornings, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate may choose between the above full or part-time options.
