Postgraduate Research Administrator

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum, with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to provide professional and administrative support the PGR Service and deliver a strong customer service to UEA’s students, academic staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, proactive and high-quality professional and administrative support and assist the PGR Service by undertaking a variety of activities and tasks, including drafting reports, maintaining student records, contributing to process improvement, handling queries and interacting with examiners.
You will have recent experience of working in a similar administrative role as well as excellent customer service experience. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
