School Coordinator/PA to Head of School

Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Coordinator/PA to Head of School to join the Faculty Professional Services Team in the School of Economics, Social Sciences Faculty.
This role supports the academic and operational administration of the School, which includes line management of the Faculty Professional Services team and Personal Assistant support to the Head of School.
Working with a variety of different stakeholders within the School, the University and external organisations and businesses, you should have the ability to develop effective working relationships and handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proven organisational skills, which will allow you to coordinate a broad and varied range of tasks. There will be the opportunity to lead on small scale projects.
This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2026.
