An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accommodation Assistant to join the Student Accommodation Team at the University of East Anglia.
This role is central to providing high-quality service to students and guests residing in university accommodation.
You’ll manage diverse inquiries, provide essential administrative support, and contribute to proactive communication strategies within the accommodation services team.
You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for face-to-face, telephone, and electronic inquiries, feedback, and complaints. The role encompasses a variety of other tasks including the provision of comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the accommodation office, and delivering a responsive, customer-centric service to all students and guests.
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who thrives in a dynamic team environment. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing with a wide variety of people.
Due to the nature of the role, you will occasionally be required to work out of hours and weekends over arrival and departure weekends and on university events such as Open Days.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
