Postgraduate Research Coordinator

Starting salary from £26,707 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Postgraduate Research Coordinator to join the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Service Professional Doctorates Team.
As a Coordinator you will be working to support the research journey of students from recruitment and admissions to graduation for UEA's portfolio of Professional Doctorate degree programmes. You will deliver outstanding support to students and staff, ensuring that services are responsive and run effectively. You will coordinate activities with a proactive approach and have strong planning and problem-solving skills. You will also provide supervision to PGR administrators, leading by example to promote a culture of excellence. The roles involve working closely and collaboratively with School and Faculty PGR leads, together with academic supervisors, to support UEA’s community of PGR students.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role and excellent customer service experience, alongside strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. You will need a flexible approach to work, with a willingness to undertake additional hours as needed when the role requires.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
