Administrative Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum.
We are seeking to recruit an efficient Administrative Assistant to support practice education administration activities in the School of Health Sciences.
Working with the Director of Practice Education and a Senior Data and Projects Co-ordinator, you will have a particular focus on management information, practice assessment and compliance support; alongside delivering a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment.
You must be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. The ability to carry out basic qualitative data handling,including organising, coding and summarising text-based information with supervision, would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available from 26 January 2026 on a fixed term basis for 10 months.
