Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum.
Are you passionate about creating clear, engaging content that connects people and drives engagement?
We’re looking for an Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Assistant to join our team and help deliver impactful communications across the University.
In this role, you’ll:
- Craft and edit content for internal channels, including newsletters and the intranet.
- Ensure messaging is accurate, accessible, and aligned with our strategic narrative.
- Use your skills with Content Management Systems and image editing tools to keep our communications fresh and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the University, offering guidance on best practice and supporting a consistent approach to internal communications.

This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
