Specialist Cleaning Operative

Salary on appointment will be £24,215 per annum.
Exciting opportunities have arisen for 2 Specialist Cleaning Operatives to join the Estates Cleaning Department.
Key duties of the role include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the University of East Anglia’s external areas.
This role involves operating access platforms, working at height, pressure washing, and cleaning building facades to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The role requires flexibility, including weekend work, to meet operational demands.
Preferably, you will have experience of working at height using access platforms and pressure washing. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will need a valid UK driving licence and the ability to drive a van with towbar and bowser.
These full-time posts are available from 5 January 2026 on an indefinite basis.
