Catering and Hospitality Administrative Assistant (Part-time, 20 hours per week)

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum (pro rata).
We are looking for a methodical, detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Catering & Hospitality team. This role is key to the administration required in the management of the campus-wide restaurants, cafes, and Hospitality (delivered catering).
You will focus on financial tasks for the department, liaising closely with suppliers, customers, and internal management to ensure the smooth processing of invoices, procurement and purchasing systems.
You will also establish and maintain clear processes for handling the movement of data throughout a plethora of systems used to maintain and manage food production and menu creation, personnel, and stock across teams within Catering.
You must have recent relevant experience of working in a similar position and have a flexible approach to work on occasion.
This post is based in the UEA Campus Kitchen, University of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, UK.
The vacancy is not eligible for VISA sponsorship, and you will need to hold or be able to obtain the right to work in the UK to undertake this role.
This part time role (20 hours per week) is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
