Outreach Project Officer (Fixed term until 3 July 2026)

Starting salary from £31,236 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £37,694 per annum.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our award-winning Outreach team, part of the Recruitment and Outreach Department.
In this role you will be responsible for leading on one of our flagship projects, the Future Forward Programme.
The programme supports students in Year 9 to 13 students from under-represented backgrounds with the skills required to raise attainment and succeed in Higher Education. You will be responsible for managing a team of Learning Mentors, providing high quality activities for students and partnership working with Schools.
You will have experience of managing projects or events, as well as experience of managing people. You will have a commitment to widening access to Higher Education to underrepresented demographics.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 3 July 2026.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child Barred List.
