An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance Group at the Norwich Clinical Trials Unit (NCTU). As a Quality Assurance Monitoring Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our clinical trials by supporting our Quality Assurance Coordinator and Trial Teams with essential monitoring activities and the generation of central monitoring reports.
The position would be ideal for a recent graduate and/or someone with research administration experience. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in clinical trial monitoring and quality assurance within a dynamic and supportive environment.
You must have excellent communication, organisational and administration skills, and have a relevant degree and/or equivalent experience of working in a busy research or administration role. Experience of clinical trial monitoring activities is desirable but not essential.
You will be responsible to the Quality Assurance Coordinator and CTU Director.
This part-time (0.8 FTE/29 hours per week) post is available from 5 August 2025 on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The days worked will be Monday to Thursday with a minimum of two days on campus (currently Tuesday and Wednesday).
