Head of Primary Care - Clinical Associate Professor (part-time, 0.4 FTE)

Salary on appointment will be £68,215 to £95,513 per annum, pro rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Practitioner to join the School as Head of Primary Care. You will manage all aspects of the primary care components of the Norwich MB BS courses (A100 UG entry and A101 graduate entry), and act as the interface between those components and the rest of the courses.
As a General Practitioner with proven experience in medical education you will be leading a large team of GP Tutors and have oversight of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. You will have evidence of leadership and the use of a range of both innovative and traditional pedagogical practices. Line management experience is essential. Experience of managing enterprise and engagement projects would be advantageous.
This part-time (0.4 FTE) post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Standard level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
