Recruitment Events Assistant (Fixed term until 4 December 2025)

Salary on appointment will be £22,681 per annum with an annual increment up to £24,533 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Events Assistant to join the Recruitment Events Team.
Key duties of the role include supporting the organisation and delivery of the main University Applicant Days, Open Days, Campus tours and Mini Open Days.
You will:
- Have experience of assisting in the delivery of promotional events.
- Have experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role.
- Be organised and methodical, self-motivated to work independently.
This full-time post is available from 4 November 2024 on a fixed term basis until 4 December 2025 to cover the secondment of the substantive postholder.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child Barred List. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
