Brandland Development Manager

Salary on appointment will be £37,099 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £44,263 per annum (pro rata).
We’re looking for a Development Manager to join Brandland, the network organisation for people and companies working in branding, in and around Norwich.
The Development Manager will lead Brandland into the next stage of its development - as a self-sufficient organisation with an ever-growing impact on the creative economy of. We have committed to become self-funded by August 2025, so this will be your main focus in year one. If we’re successful, your post could continue into future years, with the potential to become CEO of the organisation.
You will launch our membership scheme, attract new corporate partners and find new sources of funding from public and private sector funding bodies. Alongside this, you’ll oversee our exciting programme of events and conferences.
You should have a good standard of education and experience in running a membership organisation, signing up corporate sponsors and securing funding, as well as managing events. You will have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in marketing and branding. You will need be able to work independently without supervision and work sensitively with many different stakeholders.
This part-time (0.4FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2025.
