Programme Coordinator (Year in Industry and Year Abroad)

Salary on appointment will be £25,138 per annum, with an annual increment up to £28,759 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Faculty Professional Services team in Norwich Business School to coordinate activity relating to our Year in Industry and Year Abroad programmes.
Key duties of the role include supporting prospective and current students with their preparation for Year in Industry and Year Abroad placements as well as welcoming them back from their time away and liaising with external organisations to assist in the development of placement opportunities.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and experienced at coordinating processes and events and will be able to meet all essential criteria detailed in the candidate brochure.
This full-time post is available on a fixed-term basis until 18 February 2026.
