Lecturer / Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour / Human Resources Management

Lecturer: Salary on appointment will be £44,737 per annum with an annual increment up to £51,805 per annum.

Associate Professor: Salary on appointment will be £53,353 per annum with an annual increment up to £61,823 per annum.

The School is on an exciting trajectory for growth across our teaching, research, and innovation portfolio. As part of that growth, we are seeking to recruit a number of outstanding Lecturers / Associate Professors in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and/or Human Resource Management.

You will join the Employment Systems and Institutions Group and contribute to a portfolio of courses in organisational psychology, human resources, and international human resource management. A record of internationally leading research output, commensurate with stage of career, is required, along with teaching experience.

Associate Professors must have a PhD or equivalent qualification and Lecturers must have a PhD or equivalent qualification or be near to completion with submission and award within one year of commencement.  Applicants must satisfy all the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.

This post is available from 4 December 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter on a full-time indefinite basis.
