Programme Communications Coordinator (Create Growth Programme)

Starting salary from £27,929 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £34,308 per annum.
The UEA Innovation Funding Team are seeking a capable and pro-active person to join the team to co-ordinate, arrange and deliver effective communications and the smooth running of events working with potential high growth Creative Industries companies on the Create Growth Programme.
Your job will be to work closely with the rest of the Team, liaising with external partners and stakeholders, communicating with cohort participants, event speakers and attendees, venues and other suppliers. You will devise and co-ordinate arrangements and communications for cohort participants attending programme events, meeting with a range of mentors and advisors, and feed into the process of capturing and sharing the positive impacts of the programme. You will also play a key role in liaising with the programmes external Marketing Agency and acting as their first point of contact throughout the programme.
This will be an exciting and dynamic role and will involve building good working relationships with a number of partners, stakeholders, participants and suppliers. Where appropriate, the post holder may also assist with other projects and activities as part of the team.
Currently the team works in a hybrid pattern of homeworking plus days in the office. Our main HQ is at The Enterprise Centre on UEA campus in Norwich. There is also a schedule of events held across the programme geography principally in Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge and Peterborough which you will need to attend.
The post is available immediately on a full-time, fixed term basis until 31 March 2025.
