Learning Programme Manager - Adults (0.8FTE)

Salary on appointment will be £23,715 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £27,131 per annum (pro rata).
We are currently seeking maternity cover for our Learning Programme Manager – Adults. In this creative and dynamic role, you will coordinate the planning, management and delivery of our learning programme aimed at both general adult audiences and at Higher Education students up to post-graduate level.
With direction from the Head of Learning and working alongside colleagues across all teams (including learning, programming, collections, marketing, visitor services and security), you will manage a range of public talks, museum lates, student sessions, artist-led workshops, study days, and gallery resources – both face to face and online – which relate to our collections and upcoming seasons. You will liaise closely with artists, curators and academic colleagues, fostering a vibrant space for co-creation, dialogue, and creative production.
You will be educated to post-graduate level, you will be a creative and critical thinker with a passion for gallery learning approaches, co-creative practices, and socially aware public engagement.
This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available from 1 November 2023 on a fixed term basis until 31 October 2024 to cover maternity leave.
