Guest Accommodation Administrative Assistant

Salary on appointment will be £22,681 per annum with an annual increment up to £24,533 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrative Assistant to join the UEA Accommodation Office's Guest Accommodation team within the Sport and Commercial Services Division.
Key duties of the role include providing an efficient, customer-focussed service to enquirers and guests with reception cover.
You will have experience of maintaining department finance records and responding to enquiries from a range of internal and external sources about bookings and general enquiries.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis. Working hours will be 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
